EXCHANGES
For both online and in-store purchases, we welcome exchanges for any other available ready-to-wear product. Email us at info@lsfmilano.com for assistance with your exchange.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) days from the receipt of your return for processing. You will receive an email notification once the return has been completed.
